This past week in Jacksonville, Florida, tragedy took the life of 42-year-old Kelly Black. A tractor-trailer that was at at a Kangaroo on Chaffee Road hit this woman, dragged her body, and drove off. The only witness to the hit-and-run? Kelly's dog, Paco. Paco never left Kelly's side. He waited as the police arrived, covered her body, and took her away.
